              PACC / Takamol Support Team,

    I am writing because I am unable to log in to my PACC/QVP account to access and  apply for a examination appointment ticket.

    The reason for this is that I no longer have access to the email address registered on file. As I cannot receive the password reset link, I am locked out of my account.

    I kindly request your assistance to manually update my registered email address so I can regain access.
