Legislator NAVTTC not responding

Hello
I'm trying to change my passport number via support and they're saying the passport number cannot be edited unless it's been raised through the legislator NAVTTC.
Kindly reach out to the legislator NAVTTC through the following email takamol@navttc.gov.pk and ask them to raise a ticket to us on your behalf. I've emailed the legislator multiple times but he's not responding.
This matter is very urgent to me, what can i do?
